Abstract: The paper focuses on Strategic Management in the Selected OrΒganization. The paper aims to perform an analysis of strategic manageΒment in a pre-selected healthcare facility (organization) in the Czech ReΒpublic. Furthermore, the paper is based on secondary data. This informaΒtion is important for the creation of individual methods that were impleΒmented and analyzed in the paper. As part of the paper, the authors evalΒuated the primary data, which involves the implementation of a strategic management analysis in a pre-selected medical facility. Among the straΒtegic management methods used by the authors, it is primarily an analyΒsis of the external and internal environment together with a SWOT analyΒsis (plus/minus matrix). Conclusions and recommendations are drawn up at the end of the paper.
