Abstract: The paper focuses on Strategic Management in the Selected Orยญganization. The paper aims to perform an analysis of strategic manageยญment in a pre-selected healthcare facility (organization) in the Czech Reยญpublic. Furthermore, the paper is based on secondary data. This informaยญtion is important for the creation of individual methods that were impleยญmented and analyzed in the paper. As part of the paper, the authors evalยญuated the primary data, which involves the implementation of a strategic management analysis in a pre-selected medical facility. Among the straยญtegic management methods used by the authors, it is primarily an analyยญsis of the external and internal environment together with a SWOT analyยญsis (plus/minus matrix). Conclusions and recommendations are drawn up at the end of the paper.
