Aims and Scope

The journal Management is intended for managers, researchers, students and scholars, who develop skills and put into practice knowledge on organisation management. The journal Management integrates practitioners’, behavioural and legal aspects of management. It is dedicated to publishing articles on activities and issues within organisations, their structure and resources. It advocates the freedom of thought and creativity and it acknowledges differences in the value system, interests, opinions and attitudes. It promotes the ethics in decision-making, moral responsibility and lawfulness of activities.

The journalย appeared for the first time inย 2001ย when the Faculty of Economics and Public Administration (now the Faculty of Economics, Administration, and Business) organized the first symposium;ย after that, the symposium had a periodical organization and the journal appeared periodically, too.

USV Annals of Economics and Public Administration welcomes theoretical and empirical articles from all economic fields, according to the 5 sections:

  • Economy, trade, services
  • Management and business administration
  • Accounting-finance
  • Statistics,ย economic informatics and mathematics
  • Public administration

Starting with 2009, the journal appears twice a year (June and December).

The main mission of Bankarstvo Journal is to provide its readers with original scientific papers,ย scientific review articles and expert articles from the fields of economy, finances and, most of all,ย banking. For over 50 years Bankarstvo Journal has been the source of reference literature for undergraduate, master and doctoral students and a specialised and educational product for people working in banks,ย finance and the economic sector.

Udekom Balkans is a dynamic non-governmental and non-profit organization, established in 2014 with a mission to foster the growth of scientific knowledge within the Balkan region and beyond.
