Slobodan N. Bracanović was born on March 26, 1956 in Cetinje, Montenegro.

The elementary and secondary school he finished in Cetinje; and undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica (Montenegro).

He defended his doctoral thesis (PhD) in Kosovska Mitrovica at the Faculty of Economics in 2007. He is employed at the same faculty since 2009.

Lives in Cetinje and Zvechan.
