Dr. Silvia Baiocco Assistant Professor in Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy. At the same University, she is professor of “Economics and Management of Tourist and Cultural Activities” and “Management of Tourism Firms”.
She is Project Manager of the Post-Ba Professional Master in “Economics and Management of Tourism and Cultural Activities” and Program Manager of the Post-Ba Professional Master in “Economics and Management of Tourist and Cultural Activities”. Moreover, she is Director of the Start Cup Lazio-Regional Academic Business Plan Competition. Her main research interests embrace co-evolution in tourism, religious tourism, sustainable tourism, university knowledge transfer, innovation.
She collaborated with UNWTO Academy, OECD, ORP (Holy See tour operator), Rome Tourism
Department, and the University of Ghana in the field of tourism and start-up creation.
She has presented her work at international conferences, published it in book chapters and top-tier business, management, and tourism journals.
