Radka VANÍČKOVÁ (1974), Ing., PhD. in 2004 she completed post-graduate studies at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (Czech Republic), Faculty of Agriculture, doctoral study Management and Economics and currently holds the position of assistant professor at the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice (Czech Republic), Faculty of Corporate Strategy, Department of Management.

She is representative of professional qualifications Personellist with specialization of Business and Management, HRM, Social Sciencies and Labour Law especial legal mechanisms for social and labour relations, employee privacy protection, interests and property employer at level of international relations in/outside of the European Union Countries.

She is the author of monographs, scientific contributions, reviewer of international journals specialising in economics, management and business also, investigator of grants national and regional projects within the Operational Program Education for Competitiveness, Human Resources and Employment as a lecturer, consultant or practitioner.
