Paola Paniccia is a Full Professor in Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy) where she is the Delegate for the Development of Enterprises, Spin-off and Start-ups.
At the same University, she is a professor of “General Management”, “Economics and Management of Tourist and Cultural Activities”, and “Knowledge Management”. Moreover, Professor Paola Paniccia is the Director of the Post-Ba Professional Master in “Economics and Management of Tourist and Cultural Activities” and “Management of Organizations and the Church’s Social Doctrine”. She is President of the PNICube – Italian Association of University Incubators and Regional Business Plan Competition and Scientific Coordinator of the Start Cup Lazio-Regional Academic Business Plan Competition.
Paola Paniccia’s main research interests embrace co-evolution, knowledge management, tourism management, university technology, and knowledge transfer, start-up/spin-off. She collaborated, among others, with the UNWTO Academy, OECD, Rome Tourism Department, and the University of Ghana. Paola’s research findings have appeared in top-tier business, management, and tourism journals.
She sits on the editorial boards of several refereed international journals and she is the Scientific Director of the “Management Studies: Economics and Business Law” Series edited by Aracne.
