Mimoza Kasimati (Skënderi) is a professor of Organizational Behaviour at Economic Faculty, Tirana University, Albania.

Her PhD was focussed on psychological empowerment. Her research on OB has focussed on questions of planned organizational change, organizational leadership and motivation.

In 25 years of academic career she has written several articles and two books on different aspects of micro perspective of organizational behaviour.

In the course of her research and consultation she has worked with many major organizations on problems of organizational design and human resources management. In the last five years her consultation is focussed on skills shortage analysis, skills development for jobs in given sectors, school to work transition, etc.

She is a Certified “EC Trainer in Management”, with a long experience in training and TOT for public and private organizations.
