Dr. Khaled Bekhet obtained his DBA in Business Management in 2015 from Maastricht School of Management (MSM), Netherlands. He also obtained his MPhil in Management from MSM in 2012. Moreover, Dr. Bekhet obtained his EMBA from Alexandria University, Egypt in 2009, and he is currently a member of the International Advertising Association (I.A.A.).

Dr. Bekhet has co-authored and published several research papers on how private sector business organizations face different structural challenges that deter their development. Dr. Bekhet proposed a conceptual approach that takes into consideration the relationship between the individual leaderโ€™s personal qualities, leadership styles, and the degree of control over decisions and emotions in adversity times.

Dr. Bekhet worked for 2 years (2015-2017) at Antalya Bilim University (ABU), Turkey, as full time Assistant Professor in Management. Prior to Joining ABU, Turkey, Dr. Bekhet has close to 3 years as Professional Certified Trainer and Instructor in many areas including Cotemporary Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, and Marketing in Egypt in many Universities including the American University in Cairo (AUC) and Misr International University (MIU).

Currently, Der Bekhet is working as Adj Assistant Professor of Management and Strategy at The American University in Cairo and Paris Eslsca Business School. Teaching areas include; Strategic Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Introduction to Management, Organization Behavior, and Principles of Marketing.

Finally, Dr. Bekhetโ€™s research interests include: strategic management, building capacity through innovative leadership practices and adding value to the operations of multinational corporations entering emerging economies through international marketing initiatives. Dr. Bekhet also has more than 20 years of experience in management, leadership, export business and Marketing management fields in various manufacturing organizations in Egypt and abroad and worked as International Business Advisor for two NGOs in Turkey and Egypt on developing export and international business.
