Prof. Ilijana Petrovska is an accomplished academic and industry expert specializing in marketing, digital transformation, and consumer behavior. With a Ph.D. in Marketing Communications from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, combines over two decades of academic excellence and industry experience.

She is a Full Professor at the University American College Skopje and a Visiting Professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, teaching Digital marketing and Consumer choices courses. She also consults globally on digital marketing strategies, branding, and service excellence.

Throughout her career, Prof. Petrovska has held key positions, including Program leader for the MSc Digital Marketing Program at QFBA – Northumbria University in Doha, Qatar, Vice Dean at the University American College Skopje, and has taught at institutions such as Qatar University and ARIU with University of Derby in Qatar. Her diverse expertise encompasses digital marketing, event management, and sustainable business practices, demonstrated through numerous leadership roles, such as mentoring startups and conducting professional training sessions.

Prof. Petrovska is a prolific researcher with multiple publications in international journals and conferences, focusing on topics like AI in marketing, customer engagement, and sustainability. Her contributions have earned her Fellow Membership at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, and affiliations with global organizations.

Beyond academia, she actively participates in global summits, such as the Web Summit Qatar 2024, where she explores cutting-edge trends like AI’s impact on education and business. Fluent in several languages and a passionate traveler, she thrives on exploring diverse cultures and ideas.
