Fayruza S. Ismagilova is Doctor of Psychological sciences, specialised in Work, Engineering and Organizational Psychology, Ergonomics, graduated on the Faculty of Psychology at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Currently, she lives in Slovenia, because of husband’s business.
She works as a part-time professor at the Department of Psychology, Ural Federal University named after B.N.Yeltzin (UrFU), Russian Federation, Ekaterinburg, and she is a member of the Editorial Council at Changing Societies & Personalities, an international, peer-reviewed journal.
Her previous position was the Director of the French-Russian MBA at the Business School of the UrFU (2003 โ 2008).
She is the author of more than 40 articles and 6 text-books.
