Sažetak:

Trajne, vječite, komparativne i konkuretske prednosti, ne postoje. Kontrola je regulatorni
proces. Povezana je sa planiranjem. Mehanizmima i instrumentima kontrole upravljači: prate poslovne
tokove i devijacije i utvrđuju uzroke koji umanjuju efikasnost i efektivnost organizacije. Kontrolisanje
je proces koji se kontinuelno dalje usavršava.

Abstract:

There are no lasting, eternal, comparative and competitive advantages. Control is a regulatory
process. It is related to planning. Managers’ mechanisms and instruments of control: monitor
business flows and deviations and determine the causes that reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of
the organization. Controlling is a process that is continuously further improved.
