Doctor in Administrative Sciences from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Master in Administration and Business Development from the Technological Institute of Sonora and Bachelor of Administration and Finance from the Autonomous University of the West.

She has worked in the private sector in positions ranging from accounting assistant, administrative assistant, cashier and bank executive, to administrative and human resources manager. She works as a Research Professor at the Technological Institute of Sonora (ITSON), where she has been responsible for the Educational Program for the Bachelor of Administration and has been in charge of various academies (Administration, Marketing, Consultant, Human Resources, Electives, Research and Corporate Law). In addition, she has taught chairs in the areas of Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, consulting, research and professional practices to students of the Master in Business Administration and Development and of the Bachelor’s degrees in Administration, Tourism, Accounting, Psychology, Economics and Finance and Education Sciences.

 She is a full-time professor-researcher at the Technological Institute of Sonora, Mexico, she is the leader of the administration block and Elective subjects (Corporate Social Responsibility and research seminars). She collaborates as a member of the consolidated Academic Body of Management and Business Development in the Lines of Generation and Application of Knowledge: 1. Social Responsibility and Marketing 2. Entrepreneurship, ICTs and Innovation in SMEs.

She has authored and co-authored articles, book chapters and memoirs published in books, magazines and regional, national and international events. In addition, she has been an exhibitor at thematic tables, panelist, speaker, instructor of training courses and lecturer, as well as adjudicating referee in indexed journals, member of national and international research networks specialized in business, management, marketing, CSR and has various professional certifications as a business consultant.
