Dr. Vasko Vassilev is associate professor at Transport University โTodor Kableshkovโ, Sofia, Bulgaria. He has a Doctorate in economics in the field of organizational and structural modeling.
Dr. Vassilev is the author of over 50 scientific publications (textbooks, monographs, articles) in the field of:
- Organizational, functional analysis & restructuring of big economic systems
- Cost models; cost accounting; investment analysis and procedures; Cost-benefits analysis
- Project management
- Training and HR capacity building
He has specialized in the field of financial and strategic transport management, and economic analyses.
Dr. Vasilev has worked for more than 15 years in the Bulgarian State Railways as a director and member of the Management Board. He has also rich experience as a key expert and leader of more than 20 investment and management projects in Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia.
Member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria; Certified Management Consultant โ Individual member of the Bulgarian Association of Management Consultant Organizations (member of ICMCI); Vice President of the Bulgarian Rhetoric Association.
Dr. Vassilev speaks English, Serbian and Russian.
