Rezime:

Zaposleni, tj. njihova znanja, veลกtine i sposobnosti predstavljaju kljuฤni faktor uspeha i odrลพive konkurentske prednosti. Svako preduzeฤ‡e nastoji da pridobije one zaposlene koji poseduju jedinstveni ljudski kapital, tj. specifiฤne kompetencije koje ฤ‡e omguฤ‡iti postizanje visokog nivoa performansi. Kako bi se to ostvarilo, omoguฤ‡avaju se brojne moguฤ‡nosti zaposlenima poput fleksibilnog radnog vremena, stimulativnih kompenzacija, moguฤ‡nosti napredovanja, dodatnog obuฤavanja itd. Ovakvim faktorima preduzeฤ‡e nastoji da se izdvoji kao jedinstveno i poลพeljno mesto za rad i time privuฤe i zadrลพi najbolje zaposlene. Neki od ovih faktora koji sluลพe za izgradnju brenda poslodavca istovremeno mogu biti osnov za unapreฤ‘enje ljudskog kapitala u preduzeลพu. Zato je i osnovni cilj ovog rada da sagleda promenu u stepenu ljudskog kapitala nakon izgraฤ‘enog brenda poslodavca i da se shodno tome utvrdi kako takva promena deluje na ostvarene performanse preduzeฤ‡a
