Abstract​

U osnovnim školama u Srbiji često se uvode promene. Od ove školske godine te promene su zahvatile ne samo osnovnu školu već i srednju. Prema najavi resornog ministarstva, promene će biti korenite i imaju za cilj podizanje na viši nivo.U sklopu njih, uvedene su novosti vezane za rukovođenje školom, prvenstveno za poslove direktora škole. U radu su navedene te promene i analiza mogućnosti delovanja direktora kao menadžera. U Srbiji još uvek direktori nisu licencirani a kod njihovog zapošljavanja traži se licenca. Pravilnik je u izradi ali ovo stanje traje već godinama. Novo vreme zahteva i novu, drugačiju osnovnu školu, a samim tim i direktora spremnog, stručnog i fleksibilnog za promene. Zato je potrebno da se direktori edukuju i osposobe za promene, za upravljanje promenama i menadžment.
